Why this matters
All too often we’re unfulfilled in our work, disappointed at an unrealised dream or frustrated with those around us. I’ve seen burnout up close. I’ve seen what happens when conflict festers, when people stop trusting themselves and their potential, when they stop trusting each other. In my 20+ years of corporate and leadership experience I’ve been there myself. Many times.
And, because we spend so much time in our work, I passionately believe it’s crucial we do what we can to shift things. To create what we really want in our work. To stretch ourselves. To initiate those challenging conversations. To explore the team dynamic.
So that work… well, works.
A good fit?
I want more of us to have fulfilling careers and so I support teams, groups and individuals who are ready to get real, go deep, and do the work. Who want to work better, lead braver and stay genuine. Who want to be more fulfilled in their careers. Who want to reach their dreams.
Many of them are in creative industries, such as tech, media, design, entertainment, digital, because that’s where I come from, and that’s where I do my best work.
Many are from multinationals, global teams spread across time zones who want more connection and alignment, navigate change or internal conflict. Some want to develop their leadership so they can achieve more.
For all my clients I bring my presence, truth and challenge and hold space for real change. I’ve helped loads of teams and individuals find their unique way forward. I can do the same for you.
No jargon. No performance. Just honest coaching and facilitation, grounded in courage and vulnerability..

My philosophies and how they empower
Sometimes we settle for less, or accept the tiresome status quo. Or, we follow our limiting beliefs and stay small. It’s normal. We all do it. I’ve done it many times so I know how damaging this can be to performance and self-confidence.
But… we could be so much more, individually and collectively, if we were connected to our unique inner resources and superpowers; if we were better connected with each other and our collective strengths. Connection is empowering. I’ve seen its impact; when connected to themselves my clients achieve what they’d previously seen as impossible.
I’ve been there too. When I think back to the difficult and challenging times in my career… I’ve had some awful and horrendous experiences in my career, including bullying. I remember being at work one Friday evening around 1am crying into my hands in despair at how awful my job was, feeling helpless… the many times I’ve not trusted myself and seen the impact… the conversations I’ve avoided out of absolute fear.
All these career challenges felt insurmountable when I was disconnected from myself. But, when I dug deep and really connected to my true self and my inner resources and what mattered most to me, I connected to my strength, resilience and north star, and rose up.
Likewise, many teams, groups and individuals experience moments when they feel stuck, small, or disconnected. Being disconnected from ourselves or those around us is the root of so much unease. But when we’re re-connect to ourselves, our humanity and courage; when we connect to others then we empower ourselves. That’s when things change for teams and individuals.

Other motivators
What also emerged were two powerful intentions I try to live by every day: ‘Endless possibilities’ and ‘Make your own destiny’.
These two mantras empower and stretch me out of my comfort zone where, together with my wife, we’ve self-authored and pioneered our life adventure. A few examples: a lifelong dream was to do an MBA which I finally did in 2007; we’ve lived in three countries; another was to travel around the world which we did for five months in 2010. And, in my 40s after over 20 years in marketing, I changed my career to become a coach.
My life and work adventures have taken courage but mostly deep connection to self, continually asking myself what I really what, what really matters? By getting out of my own way and connecting to empowering beliefs, my true self, my truth, my inner resilience, and deeply connecting to others I’ve empowered myself and been able to achieve so much more. Because, from that place we can create what we imagine. Together we can do the same for you or your team.

My values influence how I show up
Curiosity: I stay open to what’s unfolding, ask what matters, and listen for what’s not being said.
Courage: I speak truthfully, challenge gently but directly, and invite honesty in return.
Freedom: I show up as I am – present, grounded, real – and create space for others to do the same.
Respect: I foster inclusive spaces, and make sure everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

My experience
I’ve coached many teams, groups and individuals – including global, cross-regional teams navigating complexity, disconnection, and change. Whether they’re in one location or spread across time zones, the same truth applies: when people connect to each other and to purpose, real lasting change happens.
Much of my work is in the creative industries – tech, media, design, entertainment, digital – where innovation and disruption are part of the everyday. But I also work with teams and individuals outside those sectors where creativity matters, who are realising they need more of it, more agility, more bold thinking to stay relevant and move forward.
I understand creative people because I am one – I started out as a designer, became a video producer then an advertising manager, and then worked in client services inside 12 agencies on brands like Ballantine’s, Renault, Sky, Visa and VW, totalling over 20 years in the creative industries. I know the pressure, the pace, and the creative buzz. I genuinely like the people – open, sharp, curious, real. Fun too!
You can be sure I bring deep expertise in systems thinking and team dynamics because not only do I coach teams, I also train coaches in this advanced systemic coaching skill: being on the faculty of CRR Global I teach Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) to coaches who want to take this work into the world.
I bring over 33 years of working experience – over 20 in creative industries and 13 in coaching and facilitation – into the room. It wasn’t always fulfilling – like many, my experience includes difficult and unpleasant situations I’d rather have avoided but from which I’ve certainly learnt from.
I live with my amazing wife and our two beautiful cats. Outside work, you’ll find me sketching, running, visiting galleries, watching theatre, enjoying great food, and chasing the next adventure.
